Terms & Conditions

Welcome to FerasHajjar.com (“the Website”). By purchasing any service, digital product, subscription, or monthly retainer plan from Feras Hajjar (“the Service Provider”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline the legal rights and obligations for both parties.

1. Services Provided

FerasHajjar.com offers professional digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Web design & development

  • UX/UI design

  • Branding & visual identity

  • Content structuring and digital strategy

  • Monthly maintenance plans

  • Retainer design contracts

  • Consulting and digital management services

  • Case studies, marketing materials, video reels, and design assets

The scope of each service is defined on the Website or agreed upon in writing before project initiation.

2. Retainer Plans & Monthly Subscriptions

Clients may subscribe to monthly Retainer Plans or Maintenance Plans. By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

  1. Retainer Plans include a specified list of tasks or a defined number of design requests per month.

  2. Maintenance Plans include content updates, performance checks, SEO adjustments, and minor fixes as listed on the plan page.

  3. Retainer or Maintenance work does not include full redesigns, large new projects, or work outside the stated scope unless agreed upon separately.

  4. Unused time or request allocations cannot be carried over to the next month.

  5. Subscription renews automatically until canceled.

3. Limitation on Purchase of Multiple Plans

To maintain service quality and prevent conflicting service combinations:

  • Only one website design plan may be purchased per order.

  • Clients may not purchase multiple main plans together (Starter, Growth, Scale) unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  • Maintenance subscriptions may only be purchased in addition to a main service, not as a standalone design package.

The Website will notify users if an incompatible purchase is attempted.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made through the available payment methods on the Website.

  • Pricing is displayed in AED unless stated otherwise.

  • For subscriptions, the client authorizes automatic monthly billing until cancellation.

  • Work begins only after payment is received.

  • If online payments are temporarily unavailable, alternative payment arrangements may be provided manually.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

  • For one-time services (web design, branding, etc.):

  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started.

  • If the client chooses to stop the project midway, no refunds are issued for completed or in-progress work.

  • For subscriptions (maintenance, retainer):

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once charged.

  • The client may cancel the subscription at any time, and cancellation applies to the next billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds for mid-month cancellations.

6. Revisions & Approval

  • Each plan includes a specified number of revisions.

  • Additional revisions or change requests beyond the plan scope will be billed separately.

  • Final approval of deliverables indicates acceptance and completion of the project.

7. Project Timelines

  • Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on client responsiveness, revision volume, and scope.

  • Delays caused by missing content, approvals, or feedback extend the deadline accordingly.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide:

  • All required content, brand assets, images, and details

  • Timely feedback and approvals

  • Access needed for integrations (emails, analytics, hosting accounts, etc.)

  • The Service Provider is not responsible for delays resulting from lack of client cooperation.

9. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights to the final approved deliverables.

  • Raw files, drafts, working files, and editable source files (e.g., Figma, PSD, AI) are not included unless explicitly included in the plan or purchased as an add-on.

  • The Service Provider retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, marketing materials, and social platforms.

10. Content & Compliance

  • The client is solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and originality of all content provided.

  • The Service Provider is not liable for legal issues arising from client-provided content (copyright, trademarks, claims, etc.).

11. Technical Limitations

  • Third-party services (Wix, hosting, plugins, payment processors) may experience limitations or outages.

  • The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by external platforms.

  • Some design features or technical functions may depend on platform capabilities.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Service Provider is not responsible for any loss of revenue, data, traffic, or business opportunities resulting from website performance, downtime, bugs, or misuse.

  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service involved.

13. Termination

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate a project or subscription if:

  • The client engages in abusive behavior

  • Repeated late payments occur

  • The client requests work outside ethical or legal boundaries

  • The service arrangement becomes unmanageable or harmful

  • If terminated, the client receives all deliverables completed up to the termination date.

14. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
